House Blend Fancy Fair Trade/Organic medium-darkA versatile crowd pleaser, House Blend Fancy is a complex blend of Latin American and Sumatran coffees. It's a rice and beans blend of medium and dark roasts, maintaining both the sweet fruitiness of the light roasts and the toasted caramel flavors of the dark. Deliciously full, rich flavor with medium body and balanced acidity. Fun fact: in the 1990s, we had another blend called House Blend Regular. "Fancy" had the Sumatra in it. Even though it's the
